Please read this contract carefully as you will be required to sign a copy before taking your kitten home.

CONDITIONS OF SALE - AGREED BY THE BREEDER AND THE PURCHASER.

1. This kitten is sold as an indoor pet only.

2. All reasonable care should be taken for the kittens' well being at all times.

3. In the case of accident or illness, veterinary advice should be sought immediately, as delay can lead to fatality.

4. It is recommended that the kitten be insured throughout his/her life, as the breeder can not be held responsible for illnesses or injury after leaving. 

5. The breeder & purchaser agree that the kitten is of good health at the time of sale and the breeder recommends that the purchaser takes the kitten to their Vet for a general health check, within 48hr of purchase to confirm this.   

6. The kitten shall not at any time be re-homed/or resold without the breeder's prior knowledge, in which case the breeder reserves the right to take the kitten/cat back.

7. Should it be found that the above conditions are not adhered to; the breeder reserves the right to take possession of the kitten.
